Marcus Thompson spent 20 years at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to Senior Partner and led the firm's Leadership Development practice across Asia Pacific. He has coached over 500 C-suite executives and advised boards of directors at some of the region's largest conglomerates.
Marcus holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Psychology from the University of Melbourne. His approach to leadership combines evidence-based psychology with practical business strategy.
He is the author of "Leading in Complexity" (Penguin, 2023), which became a bestseller in Singapore and was translated into six languages. He serves on the advisory boards of three Singapore-listed companies.
