About
David Okonkwo has dedicated his career to building more inclusive workplaces across Asia Pacific. He spent 12 years at Deloitte where he led their Diversity & Inclusion consulting practice for Southeast Asia, advising multinationals on building diverse leadership pipelines.
Born in Lagos, Nigeria, David moved to Singapore in 2010 and has become a leading voice on inclusion in the Asian corporate context. He founded the Inclusive Leadership Institute in 2022, which provides executive coaching and organisational consulting.
David holds an MBA from London Business School and is a certified ICF Professional Coach. He serves on the diversity advisory boards of three Singapore-listed companies and was named one of Singapore's Top 50 HR Leaders in 2023.
