Dr. Elena Vasquez is a data scientist and researcher whose work spans predictive analytics, machine learning operations, and AI ethics. She co-founded DataLens Analytics, which helps enterprises across Southeast Asia implement responsible AI and data-driven decision making.
Elena holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Cambridge and was a postdoctoral researcher at MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL). Before founding DataLens, she was a Principal Data Scientist at Shopee.
She serves on the IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority) AI Ethics Advisory Panel and has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers on topics ranging from algorithmic fairness to real-time analytics systems.
